New Implementing Regulations under eIDAS adopted 

The European Commission has adopted three new Implementing Regulations under the eIDAS Regulation, published in the Official Journal of the European Union. 

These latest updates – addressing trusted lists, accreditation of conformity assessment bodies, and risk management for non-qualified trust services – complement earlier regulations released in December 2024, May, July, and September 2025. 

Together, they mark another important step toward the full implementation of the European Digital Identity (EUDI) ecosystem.
