Why now?
According to the update of December 21, 2023, the obligation to use e-Delivery in communication with public administration entities will become effective on October 1, 2024. The Act on Electronic Delivery stipulates that both public and commercial entities must have an address for delivery.
Which entities must use e-Delivery?
- Public administration entities,
- entrepreneurs and organizations registered in the National Court Register,
- entrepreneurs registered in the Central Registration and Information on Business,
- other public and private organizations.
