Who is this offer for?   

The obligation to use e-Delivery in communication with public administration entities has become a reality. From January 1, 2026, with the end of the transition period during which public entities had the option to choose their communication channel. The Electronic Delivery Act stipulates that both public and commercial entities must have a delivery address.   

Which entities must use e-Delivery?  

  • public administration entities,     
  • entrepreneurs and organizations registered in the National Court Register (KRS),     
  • entrepreneurs registered in the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG),     
  • other public and private organizations.   

Special treatment has been given to entities in the financial sector, for which the obligations to communicate with customers resulting from having a delivery address have been introduced in many laws:   

  • the Banking Law,  
  • the Act on the handling of complaints by financial market entities and on the Financial Ombudsman,     
  • the Consumer Credit Act,   
  • the Reverse Mortgage Act,   
  • the Mortgage Credit Act, and the Act on the Supervision of Mortgage Brokers and Agents.        

What do the workshops look like 

We invite you to an open day with an e-Delivery expert. We offer advisory support for the implementation of electronic delivery in your organization.  The aim of the workshop is for your organization to obtain an action plan based on expert knowledge of the applicable regulations and available solutions.  

As part of our work with experts, in the form of meetings and workshops, we provide:     

  • Knowledge transfer to the organization’s staff   
  • Summary of formal and legal requirements for the organization   
  • Information about available e-Delivery solutions   
  • Explanation of available methods of implementing e-Delivery     
  • Inventory of correspondence circulation processes     
  • Definition of the organization’s tasks and responsibilities     
  • Preparation of an action plan based on expert knowledge of applicable regulations and available solutions

Workshop format     

In our cooperation, we place great emphasis on the practical aspect of the workshops. We provide the knowledge needed for everyday work and real-life scenarios for using e-Deliveries. We provide information about their potential, but it is our client who decides which areas we will focus on.  The form of the workshops is agreed individually with the client. They can take the form of onsite meetings and/or online workshops with an expert. At the end of the workshop, participants receive a certificate confirming their participation. It is possible to take an exam confirmed by a certificate signed by experts from the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI).
