Results of the study of the multi-channel quality of bank services are already available!
As part of Poland’s largest study to verify the multi-channel quality of bank services in banks, 915 mystery shoppers have attempted to open a personal account and gain access to online and mobile banking services at branches of 15 banking brands. Their curiosity extended beyond the bank branches – they also made nearly 1000 remote contacts with bankers to verify the standards of customer service. The analysis of ease-of-use of online and mobile banking services was conducted under the supervision of Obserwatorium.biz over a span of 100 days.
We invite representatives of the banking community to learn more about the results for specific banks by consulting the comprehensive reports provided by KANTAR TNS and Obserwatorium.biz. and reports on product categories prepared by the experts of Bankier.pl.
This year we are also offering separate paid reports dedicated to a specific bank covered by the survey, focusing exclusively on the ease-of-use of internet banking and mobile applications. The report will be supplemented with a section on virtual advisor and branch modules integrated with online banking systems and mobile applications of the banks covered by the study.
